How to withdraw from Winbox

1. Go to Withdrawal Section

   • Open the Winbox app and go to your wallet or account dashboard.

   • Tap the “Withdraw” button to initiate the process.

2. Enter Withdrawal Details

   • Amount: Input the amount you wish to withdraw (ensure it meets the minimum/maximum limits).

   • Select Bank: Select your preferred Bank to withdraw (eg Maybank, Public Bank, CIMB).

   • Tap “Submit” to proceed.

3. Verify Transaction with PIN CODE

   • A security prompt will appear. Enter your 6-digit Payment PIN (created during account setup).

   • Confirm the withdrawal request.

4. Await Approval & Processing

   • Processing Time: Withdrawals typically take 5 minutes to 45 minutes, depending on your bank/e-wallet.

   • Track the status in the “Transaction History” section.

   • You’ll receive a confirmation notification (in-app) once approved.

5. Check Your Account

   • Once processed, funds will reflect in your selected bank account or e-wallet.
